We already know that all believers can hear the voice of God, for indeed the Lord declared in John, chapter 10 and verse 27 that My sheep hear my voice. I know them, and they follow Me. So if we know the truth is that we hear His voice, but we are not aware that we're hearing his voice, that means that we have to do some work on ourselves to be able to discern the voice of God, for He has spoken that we hear, but we have to become acquainted with his voice. And so prophetic training is not about giving you something that you don't have.

It is making you more aware of the voice of God that you do have on the inside by His Holy Spirit, another piece of evidence of this is in Romans 10:17, where it says, Now, Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. The Word of God, there is not logos.

It is Rhema. Rhema is the word that God is speaking right now, and so the Rhema produces the ability to hear. So when God speaks to you in your spirit, this speaking to you in your spirit produces the ability to hear. In other words, the word itself carries the nutrients that you need in order to hear it, or the activations that you need in order to hear it.

And so sometimes, when that word comes to you, it's not even we're recognized as a word,
because the word produces the ability to hear. Sometimes you just have an inclination of something new or something being highlighted, that you should pay attention to it.

And then when you pay attention to it, then the words come or the the meaning comes as, the Word, the Word of God, produces the hearing, and the hearing produces the faith.

So you can't have faith if you don't hear. And so the mere fact that you are born again means that you have faith means that you do hear, and to practice this hearing you know day to day lives is what prophetic training is all about.
